The Eighth Beef package is a popular starter package for those who've never bought beef before. But warning! Most of our customers say they wish they had ordered more! With this package, you will have your own little grocery store “freezer” section right at home. This option requires about 2 cubic feet of freezer space.

• 25% steaks: rib steaks, filets, strip steaks, sirloins, tri-tip, top rounds, chuck steaks, flank/skirt steaks, & cube steaks
• 35% savory cuts & roasts: chuck/sirloin tip/arm/rump roasts, brisket, short ribs, soup bones & stew meat
• 40% premium ground beef

Receiving Your Beef:

• You will get your final invoice when your beef is ready.
• If you choose to ship nationwide, your order will be shipped out after you've been notified.
• If you choose local pick-up in Daingerfield, we will send you a calendar to schedule your pick-up time. 
• Your beef will come in approximately 1 easy-to-handle 60lb box.
