Shipping Policies

At JCS Cattle Company, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered to you in the freshest condition possible. Our shipping policies are designed to provide clarity and transparency regarding the process of delivering our USDA inspected beef directly from our ranch to your doorstep.

Shipping:

We ship orders via UPS, FEDEX, OR USPS every Monday, unless stated otherwise in your product details or in an email (for example bulk beef orders are scheduled individually). Please email joel@jcscattleco.com with any questions about your shipment. We can't wait to get your beef to you!

Customer Responsibility:

While we take every precaution to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of your orders, it is important for customers to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. JCS Cattle Company is not responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Therefore, we strongly encourage our customers to double-check their shipping details before finalizing their orders.

Deposits for Bulk Beef:

All deposits made for Bulk Beef purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE.

These deposits are integral to our operation as they are used to facilitate the purchase of cattle from our ranch, ensuring a steady supply of fresh, sustainably-raised beef. We appreciate your understanding that these deposits enable us to maintain the integrity of our farm-to-table model.

Other JCS Cattle Co Products & Small Bundles:

While we carefully review refund requests, refunds will be issued on a case by case basis and in cases of significant quality issues or other major concerns. We're committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases and encourage open communication for any inquiries or issues.

Return Policy:

Unfortunately, due to the nature of food products and USDA food safety standards, we cannot accept product returns after it leaves our USDA facility. We prioritize the safety and quality of our products and adhere to strict hygiene and food safety standards.
