WELCOME!!
We are Joel & Cynthia Skipper, a brother and sister team, and 2nd generation farmers who were taught by our Father Joe E. Skipper to be stewards of the land God provided for us and to be servants of our community. Our goal is to bring glory to God through all that we do and use our influence to help our community and our church. Our mission is to provide high quality, humanely raised beef to our clients who want to have a relationship with a farmer they can trust to feed their family. We’re confident you will be pleased with our beef, as it has fed us for years.
ABOUT OUR CATTLE.
Our cattle are purebred black angus, purposely bred for gentle disposition, marbling, & quality meat yield. Our cows are happy cows.

HANDLED WITH CARE
Two generations of experience and purchases of bulls with genetically selected traits have developed masterful animal husbandry and gentle cattle handling techniques with the overall safety of the cattle and the handler’s in mind, that's proven to result in consistently tender meat, better flavor and quality cuts.
DEDICATED TO HEALTH
We use no mRNA vaccines, no added hormones, additives or unnecessary antibiotics. As caring stewards, our cattle are only penned and given antibiotics in critical situations for that particular animal's health & wellbeing.

FINISHED TO PERFECTION
In the final 150 days, our cattle's pasture diet is supplemented with a locally sourced, non-GMO mixed blend for fuller flavor & marbling before being expertly dry-aged for 14 days.
DELIVERED TO YOU
We will either ship your order of gourmet beef safely to your door or have it available for local pick up at our facility in Daingerfield, Texas, where we have partnered with local farmers and artisans for them to be able to make their products available to the public.
